Doselva was founded in 2017 to respond to the rural livelihoods crisis in Central America

Climate change and price volatility is wreaking havoc on primary crops of smallholders – coffee and basic grains

40% of coffeelands in Nicaragua, Costa Rica and El Salvador will lose suitability by 2050
Bean and Maize production in Central America will be reduced by 15-20%

Deforestation and soil erosion are major drivers of vulnerability

2.3 million smallholder farmers in Central America
